In this 2 minute tutorial I break down a more challenging version of the lunch with the barbell forward lunge. What makes us exercise more difficult as the fact that you have to keep your core tight and prevent rounding of the spine while you have a barbell on your back. This increase demand for stability makes this exercise more beneficial, but also more likely for you to injure yourself doing. I would check with a personal trainer for a challenging exercise like this if you're unsure on how to do it, as a video can only teach you so much.
