Our ancestors all the way back to Jesus and beyond didn't eat 3 meals a day with snacking before, after, and in between meals each and every day. The function of our bodies has changed precious little (though from a disease state perspective, they've changed dramatically). Catch a glimpse of what intermittent fasting might look like.
