Certainly, intermittent fasting, like condensing your eating window into, let's say, 8 hours between 10:00 A.m. And 06:00 P.m., right?

Is Intermittent Fasting Fact or Fiction?

If you can even push it to 6 hours where you're consuming between, let's say 12:00 P.m. And 06:00 P.m., really powerful what it actually does. So it stimulates autonomous alpha g.

We know that is where the body breaks down old damaged cellular debris, right? So, for example, mitochondria that produce all the energy in the cells become damaged by oxidative stress.

And we go in, our native intelligence will go in, break down the older damage, mitochondria and recycle it down, so fasting improves heart health by decreasing inflammation, oxidative overall triglycerides ratio. One of the best things you can do is intermittent fasting.

You burn up excess body fat, repair dysfunctional cells, improve your blood pressure, and strain lengthens your blood vessels. So really powerful what it does for heart health.
