Best High Carb Foods That Reduce Inflammation!

In this video, I go over the best higher carb foods you can eat that reduce inflammation. One caveat is if you are a diabetic, have obesity and metabolic syndrome then I recommend going on a very low carb, ketogenic style diet for a period of time to get metabolically health.

After you regain metabolic health, adding in some strategic carbs can be very helpful for your body! In this video, I go over several categories of fruits such as hydrating fruits, astringent fruits that are rich in ellagic acid, prebiotic fruits and berries which are rich in antioxidant polyphenols.
