Irish Farmers would have to agree to destock a specified number of dairy cows. Not to replace the cows with other breeding cattle or sheep.
Farmers in Ireland have reported they are faced with Bankruptcy as they make emotional pleas to the government. The govt calls this voluntarily destock their dairy herds however they are being backed into a corner by the Govt. It is reported that farmers could lose 1,770 to 2810 Pounds (monetary) for every dairy cow that is dropped from their herd.

I had the opportunity to personally talk face to face with 2 govt members of Irelands Minister Of Agriculture's delegation that are visiting NZ

Obviously no country, sovereign nation state has autonomy, it does not exist, neither does democratic rights or democracy. WakeUpNz
