Her mom asked me to help with her room too. Unfortunately she has typical sign for hoarding disorder. She told me, she got free body stuff like shampoo, lotion, shower gel, and slowly she filled up under the bed. She has a lot of towels, bed linen and bedding stuff. I found at least 5-6 blankets. Really interesting that, at the first time when you see this room, you can see, this is a mess. But if we take a look in her drawer, all her clothes is folded perfectly!!! She does a lot of laundry and she fold them really nice. She has a lot of medical problems. Knee surgery is waiting for her. I feel I failed with this room. I spent in her room 6 hours. If you saw some videos from me, you already know how big changes I can make under 6 hours. But only if the owner let me to throw away extra stuff. Unfortunately in this video the owner wanted to keep almost everything. My brain was super tired because the whole room was a mess and still I had to find space when I couldn’t find more space…positive thing that, she was with me in the whole time!!! After 6 hours she told me she needs to take a rest because her back is hurts. And I want to be honest, I felt like I can’t help more, even if I want to clean the whole room. If she can’t let her stuff to go, I’m and my cleaning is not enough. Yes guys, you can see many spots what we didn’t even touch it. She has 4 adult kids and I really hope together they can finish the rest. As you see we didn’t make the bed. I understand that she is super tired and she wanted to change the whole bed cover. She told me, her husband used to help her with that. They couldn’t find th dustpan so she sent her husband to the 99 cents shop to buy one. So she didn’t wanted me to clean up with my hands . She tipped me 40 dollars. And she gave me some body stuff. This lady was a sweetheart and she worked so hard. This is why I feel so bad for her. Do you think in this case I could help her more?
