I had all 3 things for direct service connection when I 1st did claim ---10 YEARS--- ago VA DE"STROYED" ALL CLAIMS--when law says they are to help DE"VELOPE CLAIMS--go thru basic entitlement law---VE duties and DEFINITION of competent medical/science PROOF---evidence is only what you need to tell your deceptive story---I show where my 30 publications are--some on court cases--ALL RUINED by doj--dept of JACK-ASSES--books sue congress and doj--I go over toxins and CAUSE/S to body----------presumptive diseases are science fraud-research misconduct and IF CIVILIANS CAN CHARGE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES WITH CRIMES I WOULD PUT TONS IN PRISON--OR DEATH FOR TREASON--take away any benefits--spouse/etc get NOTHING--JUSTICE WONT BE SERVED UNTIL THOSE UN-EFFECTED ARE AS OUTRAGED AS YOU...
