DIY COUGH SYRUP INGREDIENTS
• Onion
• Garlic
• Raw honey

PREPARATION

Blend the onion and garlic (don't add any water ) then put in a jar and add raw honey to fill up the jars.
👇
Cover and let it sit for 10-12 hours. After that, strain, fill in jars, store in fridge and enjoy.
DOSE
👇
A Take 1 tbsp 4 times a day during acute cough
A Take 1 tbsp a day in the mornings half an hr before food to keep immunity high.
