AA hasn’t submitted any proof he filed a complaint with FINRA or NYSE about AMC on threshold list?

I said Adam Aaron only tweeted he contacted NYSE and FINRA about AMC in threshold list for yes vote I asked him if he filed it why doesn’t he submit proof to the shareholders It’s been over a week and AA has posted no evidence he actually did anything
