EDIT: When I said I learned about Wicca like from books and movies etc like 'practicing witches' do, I am referring to how other current practicing witches are presently learning about Wicca through pop culture verses academic study per se. What I mean is that when I was under this demonic bondage, I wasn't learning witchcraft in a systematic or intellectual way. I wasn't 'studying' it, but instead I gleaned bits and pieces from others for the most part. I did have a couple books, but it's a very DIY religion that isn't dogmatic in this particular regard. I am a better writer than speaker, so I usually have several 'edits' due to rambling and etc.
