Banana Cake Battle: Join the War Against Food Waste

Recipe :
3 overly ripe bananas
2 eggs
80ml of oil (or melted butter)
200g of sugar
grate one tonka seed (or add a vanilla pod)
add two teaspoons of vanilla extract and mix
mix 200g of flour with one teaspoon baking soda
two hands full of raising or sultanas
Cook at 160C with ventilation(or 180C without) for 50min until brown.
