Exploring a Vintage Shop: From Victorian Furniture to Antique China!

As I walk through this unique building, which was once an office building but now houses a variety of antique dealers, I can't help but feel excited by the treasures that await in each room. The first room I enter has a very cool horse lamp that catches my eye, priced at $125. I also admire the Venetian blind lamp shade, which add a touch of classic elegance to the space.

Each room in this building is occupied by different dealers, and I appreciate the convenience of having designated areas to showcase distinct collections. As I browse the antique wares, I can't help but be drawn to the Victorian platter in the first room. It has a pattern mark, "Alma," which suggests that it was made before 1891. With its intricate design and vintage charm, it's priced at $175 and is a real find.

Moving on to the next room, I'm struck by the gorgeous Victorian furniture on display. Victorian furniture is becoming increasingly popular among younger generations, and I'm excited to see the interest in things that are fancy and elaborate. The lamp in this room, with its brass stand and adjustable height, dates back to the 1890s and would have been used as an opera lamp. The shade is hand-painted, and it's priced at $695.

I also admire the chair in this room with its deep back, which was designed to accommodate the bustles worn by Victorian women. While the chair was designed for a different era, it's still usable today and priced at $250. The mahogany piece from 1900–1910 is another standout, with its fruitwood tracery and marquetry with leaves. Priced at $395, it's both beautiful and functional.

In the next room, I come across a Staffordshire vase with a clock on it, which is still in good condition despite being 160 years old. I also spot a Capodimonte set from the 1950s or 60s, complete with original shades. These pieces would add a touch of sophistication to any home.

As I continue my tour of this fascinating building, I come across a vitrine that catches my eye. It has a hand-painted apron and is likely from France, dating back to the first part of the 20th century. It's priced at $595, which is a steal considering how well-preserved it is. I come across a stunning mirror that would be the perfect finishing touch to any room. With its intricate design and antique feel, it's a true masterpiece.

All in all, this building is a treasure trove of antique finds, and I can't wait to come back and explore it further.
