▶️ Recipe (measuring rice spoon)
1️⃣Cut salmon thickly
2️⃣Chop the onion and soak in water, slice the cucumber and marinate in sweet vinegar water for 30 minutes
▶️Sweet candle water (ratio of 2 vinegar, 1 sugar, a little salt)
3️⃣Salt 6 eggs, strain through a sieve once, roll egg rolls
4️⃣Mix sweet candle water with rice
5️⃣Put thin rice, sesame leaves (lettuce), sauce, onion, salmon, rolled egg cucumber on half of seaweed.
▶️ Horseradish Sauce (chopped onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, wasabi, salt, pepper, sugar)
6️⃣Curl the hair for a while and then cut it.
7️⃣Dip wasabi soy sauce and enjoy
