Apologia VS. Brandan Robertson, and the Purpose of Debate

In this analysis, I look at the recent debate between James White and Jeff Durbin's debate with Brandan Robertson. In this debate they argue as the sinful or righteous nature of homosexual relationships in light of scripture. What is the nature of scripture, what does it teach, and what kind of authority should it have over us? In my comments I ask the question of what purpose debates should have in our minds. How should we approach engaging in them or consuming them?
