Traditional Highball Recipe
2 oz (60 ml) Japanese Whiskey
Top Soda Water
Garnish: Lemon Twist

Method: Temperature is everything for this drink. Pre-chill every ingredient if possible or take much care to chill everything well while you are making it.
Build directly over ice in a tall glass. Mix very well and enjoy!
