1 Meter Cake

More than 50 years old recipe, I found it in my mom’s cookbook, and I wanted to share with you. My mom would make this cake for big parties, it’s seriously 1 meter, if you use long bread pan for baking, like you see on the video recipe. You use ingredients for 1 cake, but you end up with huge cake, or definitely can be assembled into 2-3 cakes. Important is to cut diagonally to. Using regular size bread pans, it’s fine, you’ll have, still big cake, but will be taller than one you see in the video. Cool to make, very important, extremely moist and delicious 😋
