Building a tier list of the Starter Pokemon Final Evolutions ranked best to worst.
I am combining both competitive viability with the overall design aspects of each of these, so if your favourite is rank low I am sorry. I do have a few controversial pics in here, and I think I have a bit of a recency bias going on, but I want to create this video as I am going through a Pokémon phase playing pokemon Scarlet and Violet competitive with Meowscarada and Skeledirge
