Things are looking good for the Boise Housing Market! Inventory is down, Pendings are up, as are Solds. Has the equity bleeding finally come to an end for Boise Real Estate? Or will the Fed’s plans to increase the Federal Funds Rate and their benchmark SEP put a kybosh on the progress; continuing to scare the Treasury Markets. Will Mortgage Interest Rate increases due to the recent Fed Data continue to market correct home values right here in the greater Boise, Idaho area?

Recently, and regardless of the increase in Mortgage Interest Rates, the Treasure Valley Real Estate Market has been resilient to such, as Buyer’s return to the Boise Idaho Real Estate Market. Why have Mortgage Interest Rates flexed upwards as of late? Also, what does the Dallas Fed think may happen to the Real Estate Markets, and what do they think is needed to help housing?
