Roast Potatoes

Ingredients:
-4-6 large potatoes
-1 tsp haldi
-1 tsp Jeera powder
-1 tsp dhaniya powder
-1 tsp black pepper powder
- salt as per taste
-2 tablespoons butter
-1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions:

1. Preheat your pan
2. Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into wedges and place in a large bowl.
2. Boil water put cut potatoes and salt
3. Add butter in pan
4. Add the jeera powder , oregano, daniya powder, haldi,salt, and pepper add potato’s in it.

5.stir until the potatoes won’t get golden in colour and crispy. Serve hot. Enjoy!
