A Plague Tale: Innocence was a surprisingly well done and intriguing game by a small dev team that nobody saw coming. Between the solid performances by the VA cast, atmospheric setting, and quite possibly the most rats fit onto a screen of any game I've ever seen, and a gripping narrative about familial bonds, I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. Now we come to the sequel, A Plague Tale: Requiem, which is by all accounts a major step up over the first game in almost every way. That has me excited indeed, so lets join our young heros as they face a grim, cruel world full of religion, mysticism, history, The French, and all the rats you could ever possibly imagine.
