Also, you have the right not to incriminate yourself in a crime, and DUI is a crime (Apparently). Doing a RBT is incriminating yourself.

You also don't have to assist a police officer with an investigation.

If the police stop you for a license check, or RBT, they have broken the law. You have the freedom to travel. If you don't break the law, they have no right to stop you, they are infringing on your constitutional rights to freedom of travel.

You don't have to answer to the law, unless, or until, you break the law.
