▶️ Ingredients (for 2 servings)
300g pork hind leg meat, 2 potatoes, 1/2 onion
▶️Sauce (measured with rice spoon)
Red pepper paste 2, dark soy sauce 1, fish sauce 1, sugar 1/2, red pepper powder 1
▶️Recipe
1️⃣Sprinkle pork with 2 rice wine, a little ginger, 1/2 minced garlic, and pepper.
2️⃣Put perilla oil (cooking oil) in a pot and stir-fry the pork
3️⃣Add the seasoning and stir-fry. Add potatoes and onions and stir-fry again.
4️⃣Add 400~500ml of anchovy broth and boil
5️⃣Close the lid and boil for 7 to 10 minutes over medium heat
6️⃣When the potatoes are cooked, add green onion, 2 hot peppers, and 1 minced garlic and boil for 3-4 minutes
▶️If the broth is not enough, add it in the middle
▶️If it's bland, add fish sauce or soup soy sauce
