Are DSCR loans 30 years?

Hi, what are the terms I can get on a DSCR loan? I heard they were all 30 year loans.

Thanks!

DSCR loans can be either amortized or interest-only loans with different fixed periods ranging from 5 to 10 years.

A 40-year DSCR loan product used to exist where the first 10 years were interest-only, and the next 30 years were amortized.

The loan terms for DSCR loans are usually advertised by National Funds as either a five, seven, or ten-year fixed term with a 30-year amortization or interest-only option.

Some lenders offer a three-year product that is amortized over a three-year fixed period, and some are more of a hybrid type of DSCR loan.

The decision to choose between an interest-only or an amortized loan depends on the borrower's situation and evaluation.
