From Attempted Suicide to 7 Figure Profits: A Sales and Real Estate Success Story

Bryce grew up in South Side Chicago, in a strict religious environment, and faced extreme chaos when his parents separated. He fell in with the wrong crowd and was faced with criminal charges as a teenager, but his case was dismissed, and he was given a second chance at life by his uncle who took him in and put him to work detailing cars at a dealership. Bryce eventually fell in love with the automotive industry and developed a philosophy that if he could sell drugs as a teenager, he could sell trucks to farmers in Iowa. Today, he runs a successful real estate investment business and is a nine-time author.

Bryce shares his experience in the automotive industry as a car salesman, where he became one of the best in the world by selling an average of 60-70 cars a month. He was offered a seven-figure contract by Ford Motor Company at 22 years old and created a sales training program with his mentor that they later sold to Nissan, Toyota, and Honda. However, Bryce also faced personal struggles, such as losing his wife to drugs and alcohol in 2008.

Bryce's life took a turn for the worse when he became homeless and attempted suicide by shooting himself in his car. However, the gun jams, and he has a realization of faith. During his suicide attempt, he hears his one-year-old son's voice, which leads him to seek God's help. He writes letters to his mother and son before pulling the trigger. Bryce questions his religious beliefs and has to reconcile them with his traumatic experience. He eventually comes to the realization that forgiveness and compassion are important and that humans are driven by their intentions and the lens through which they see the world.

Bryce talks about his journey from homelessness to becoming a successful businessman in real estate. He reveals how he bought his current home, which was once the area he slept in, through the same way he marketed real estate. He also shares how he collaborated with others and created systems to build his business, which helped him grow from zero to a nine-figure business. He explains that his process includes finding the people to make the business turn, creating efficient systems, and reinvesting the money into marketing. He emphasizes the importance of delegating management to keep the wheel moving.
