The Legend of Dragoon and Threads of Fate both had me interested in the story and the game play was enjoyable. Threads of fate in particular, transforming in to monsters has me very interested in playing the full game. The Skateboarding games were pretty entertaining as well if for nothing else other than the spills. MediEvil II and Toomba had points where I was a bit confused but seemed like a fun games as well. I even enjoyed the golf game once I figured out how the swing slider worked. WWF Smackdown and Starwars jedi power battles were somewhat difficult. WWF Smackdown seemed unresponsive so I ended up resorting to button mashing and It was tough controlling the directions in Jedi Power battles. Once you start an attack you are locked in to that direction until the attack finishes. I was having trouble with the slow response to the D pad trying to change direction and then attacking only to find I am still aiming the wrong way. I am not big on cart games so I can not really say much about CTR and Speed Punks though I felt like CTR was easier to control and stay on the track than Speed Punks. Overall this is a great demo disc. The legend of Dragoon and Threads of fate were the stand outs for me but there is a nice variety of games on this disc. The Playstation clothing line advert is a great window in to the time. Did you own any Playstation clothing?
