Witness on realizing he was filming Hamburg shooting

An eyewitness filmed what he believes to be the person responsible for the shooting in Hamburg on Thursday (March 9) that left several dead and others injured. Mobile phone footage shows a person standing next to a window of the building, a place of worship for Jehovah's Witnesses, as loud sounds can be heard in the background.
