Welcome to my 3-hour study with me video!

As a premed student, I understand the challenges of staying focused and motivated during long study sessions. That's why I've created this video not only to keep myself accountable but also to help others who may be struggling with focus.

In this video, we'll utilize the Pomodoro technique with 50-minute focused study sessions and 10-minute breaks to optimize our productivity. During each study session, I'll be completely focused on the task at hand with warm campfire, and calm river background sounds to keep us concentrated.

During our breaks, I'll put on some calming music to help us recharge, stretch, grab a snack, and chat with each other about study strategies and tips or anything else that comes to mind. These breaks are essential for maintaining focus and avoiding burnout, so you'll be able to stay productive throughout the entire 3-hour session.
