Time to Feed the Sourdough

In this week's riveting episode, I demonstrate the weekly feeding of the creature lurking in my fridge, my sourdough starter. This is a wonderful tool to have on hand. I made the starter about 2 years ago, and have made some wonderful and tasty breads and sweet doughs.
