Mary has no frame of reference on how to deal with Burt and she is confused when he comes home after his admission of killing her first husband.
Corrinne returns home and Ingrid Svenson makes one final attempt to retrieve her, ,but leaves empty-handed saying they haven't seen the last of her.
Chief of Police Tinkler drops by to arrest Chester for his stock manipulations.
E. Ronald Mallu's summation brings Jessica's trial to a close.
The Major makes a grandstand play attempting to rescue his daughter, and take the prosecutor hostage, but after scaring everyone else with his rifle, Benson disarms him, since he doesn't use real bullets.
