Let’s tap together as I guide you in using EFT Tapping to help you release stress, anxiety and upsetting thoughts and feelings, so you can step into a more calm, confident and relaxed version of yourself.

This is the overall outline of what you can anticipate at the Weekly Tapping Circle (times are approximate):
• Sign in via Zoom Video or Phone (available 10 minutes before start time)
• Please ensure you bring water so you can drink when you feel thirsty as it is common to feel thirsty while processing emotions
• Also bring a journal or note pad or something to write on as I will be asking you questions before and after the guided tapping. Your notes will be valuable because it can help see your progress with tapping
• Guided meditation – To set intentions for optimal healing (5 min)
• Guided tapping - Tapping to reduce stress and anxiety.* You are welcome to bring your issue to the group and have an opportunity to receive my direct guidance while everyone taps along and receives borrowing benefits! (40 min)
• Guided meditation – To strengthen and support your energy as you move forward (5 min)

*Each week we will tap on a particular theme or issue that will benefit you and the group. You can volunteer and bring your issue to the group and have an opportunity to receive my direct guidance in helping you heal your issue using tapping. Everyone receives borrowing benefits. Borrowing benefits means you experience relief from your issue while tapping on someone else’s. I will incorporate visualization, meditation and other therapeutic tools to enhance your healing experience.
