Born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and raised in Mississauga, Latrice is a 7th generation Canadian with deep roots in two of Canada's oldest communities - East Preston & Canadian Metis.

As a mother of three, wife and entrepreneur, Latrice has always had a passion to represent her culture. She strives to showcase her career as an inspiration to others by illustrating that women of colour can achieve great heights in the industry.

"When I became a Realtor, I didn't see women that looked like me and I had a number of disparaging experiences. I feel a responsibility to show other women of colour they can do anything they set their minds too."

We can be a mother or not, we can run a business, break glass ceilings and ultimately be very successful in overcoming generational curses and building wealth. I try to instill this vision in my daughters by teaching them things that I was not taught about financial literacy, business and home ownership. I aim to be a supportive role model open for questions and honesty for all women."

Helping and mentoring give great meaning to Latrice's profession. She truly pours her heart & purpose into the community. Her ability to balance home life and a thriving real estate business is truly admirable & inspirational.

Latrice was a single teenage mom and this is where her love for real estate started; a determination to create stability and a bright future for her children. She found herself driving through neighborhoods looking at houses and fell in love with architecture and interior design.

Reputation is something Realtors® hang their hat on and Latrice is building a strong one. She enjoys educating her clients and providing them with seamless, luxury experiences at any price point. "I like to bring luxury, glamour and savvy to everything I touch!"

Latrice services clients all over the GTA and focuses on building lifetime relationships. Latrice never overlooks the small details that really enhance the experience a Realtor can provide. The fulfillment she receives from working with her clients is unmatched. "It's truly the best feeling to see people turning a house."
