What's up guys, welcome back to my Channel Life Coach, your ONE stop shop for how to run your relationships with women.

Today, we are going to talk about the most common mistake men make - and here, I'm talking about Men who are AWARE of female nature.

So, the most common mistake that men who have knowledge of female nature make, is that they'll disregard it the moment a girl starts giving them any attention. They'll be all hardcore when they are around other men, but the MOMENT they are alone with a female, everything they had painstakingly learned about female nature goes OUT the window. Instead of following the do's and don'ts, they'll do the EXACT opposite and end up SIMPING for the girl.

In the Army, they have a saying - that in tough times, you don't RISE to the challenge, you FALL back to your level of training and practise.

So here's my FIRST and NON-negotiable directive - you WILL approach at least ONE NEW girl DAILY. Simple as it may sound, it is the MOST effective tool against simping for that girl interested in you. And it works because once you have MORE than one girl you are talking to, your brain can't FIXATE on one - you have options. From options, comes confidence, and with confidence comes everything.

Second, repeat to yourself the basics of approaching, texting and dating. Make them INGRAINED in your psyche - so that when dealing with women, you don't even have to THINK about what to do next - it comes naturally to you.

Third, get yourself a Mentor or Coach. If you find yourself repeatedly making mistakes you KNOW you shouldn't make, or you simply don't know what to do in a certain situation, it's time to hire a Mentor. Rather than spinning your wheels and getting frustrated, or following some random advice you got off a forum, your time and resources are better spent learning and practicing under a Coach.
