Coca Cola BBQ Chicken | Crock Pot Recipe

Today I'm going to share one of my go to comfort foods, its a simple recipe to make but has many layers of flavor. This comes in especially handy for busy nights that you don't have a lot of time to spend prepping and cooking. Treat your family to this delicious meal that pairs well with a variety of sides! The chicken melts in your mouth and explodes with a punch to your taste buds.

Ingredients
3 Ibs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
5 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Bottle Chipotle BBQ Sauce
1/2 Stick Salted Butter
1 12oz Can Coca-Cola

Directions:
Preheat your crockpot on low and add butter to melt. Trim any extra fat from your thighs then add to pot. Cover with the full bottle of BBQ sauce, add your garlic and Coca-Cola until covered.
Cook on low for 4-5 hours, pull at 185 degree's internal temperature, Shred this and serve over rice, orzo... pretty much goes with anything!
