Fermented pizza dough the 3rd and final day of this experiment!, The results have been amazing!, 3 days fermenting is by far the best one! Adds such a unique, buttery, yeast flavor that is hard to miss. Brings me back to the pizza parlors of my childhood. At your next family dinner WOW them with this delicious, flavorful recipe and see if they can tell its not delivery and homemade. Couldn't decide on pepperoni pizza or plain cheese so clearly needed to make a half and half pizza. Sauce being freshly homemade as well takes it the level of flavor town.
