Anhydrous Pork
I posted the recipe several times, but I'm writing it again ^^
▶️Ingredients
1. 1.2Kg of pork belly, 1 apple, 2 onions, 2 green onions, 15 whole peppercorns, 8 garlic, refined rice wine (shochu), (2 cinnamon sticks, bay leaf-passable)

▶️Recipe
1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on pork belly
2. Slice green onion, garlic, onion, and apple
3. Put onion - apple - pork belly in a pot
Add refined rice wine, sliced garlic, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, peppercorns, and green onion.
4. Close the lid and steam over medium heat.
5. Cook on low heat for 50~60~70 minutes
(Adjust the time according to the thickness of the meat and the pot)
6. If you poke it with a chopstick and go in softly, it's done.
7. If you sprinkle some fruit and vegetable water on the meat, you can eat it moistly.
