Superman - Volcano

Volcano (1942)

The story is about Mt. Monokoa, a dormant volcano on an island. A great eruption in the past destroyed a beautiful city and caused destructive tidal waves. For 300 years, the volcano remained inactive, but now it is showing signs of renewed activity. A group of scientists at the Bureau of Meteorology are monitoring the situation. Lois Lane and Clark Kent are sent to the island by their boss to cover the story. When they arrive, the volcano erupts, and lava flows towards the town. Lois and Clark become separated, and Superman appears to save the day. He stops the lava from destroying the town and rescues Lois. In the end, Lois gets a good story, and Clark finds his lost press pass.
