Dodge Hellcat MOST Stolen Car – This is NOT the Solution to Rising Car Theft Rates

It’s no secret that Dodge Chargers and Dodge Challengers from 5.7L Hemi’s to Scat Packs to Hellcats, Redeye’s, Super Stock’s even Demon’s are being stolen. Rising theft rates are a huge concern.

Butter Da Great, has a terrible take. He wants government to get involved and regular car security systems. Really? So, emissions, a million airbags, back-up cameras all increase the price of cars to where even the most basic car is well into the 30k or 40k range.

He is calling for mandates in the wake of the Kia Hyundai theft scandal, trying to get Sen Schumer involved in Dodge. Well, count me out. Owning a car, is OUR responsibility. It should be left to the individual. I swear that its like he’s laying it up for Knockout360 or WideBodyNation to shill for their sponsors. There are many options and strategies best left for another video.

But, getting a bunch of old dudes that havent driven since 1962 to decide on what regulations we have to pay for is one of the dumber takes I’ve heard from an “influencer”.

We already have seen what back-up cameras have done to cars, from adding costs to adding weight. Again, are we this incompetent that we cant take charge of our cars? We can’t drive it, can’t own it, can’t care for it without some bill or law to take that burden?
