DIY Espresso WDT tool. "(That looks good)"

I wanted to set out to see if I could make a WDT "(Weiss Distribution Technique)" tool as inexpensive without sacrificing quality and beauty while making it so others could replicate it themselves. WDT is definitely a great way to enhance one's espresso shots and consistency with some tools going over 50$ "(Yikes!)"
