Going to bed when you're already in a state of deep relaxation will make it much less likely for you to have a wet dream. That's why I suggest stretching your legs and doing breathwork in the 90 minutes before sleep (when you're not on your phone or computer or watching TV).

So whatever you need to do to relax, do it. Preventing wet dreams is possible, it just takes some action and intention.
