They are still holding them and "delaying" their hearing dates. They are guaranteed a swift trial of their peers. This has not happened. But listen to this video. They are being denied their Constitutional rights, and I truly believe when they do get out, they should sue the hell out of the government for going AGAINST their Constitutionally GUARANTEED RIGHTS!
