Virginia Ave Park restrooms in Bakersfield closed after vandalism

Following a string of vandalism and thefts, Kern County has shut down the restrooms at the Virginia Avenue Park in Bakersfield for a second time. 23ABC's Ruby Rivera spoke with county officials to get a better understanding of the situation, and what their plans for the future of the park are.
