▶️Ingredients
1.2kg chilled pork ribs, 1 white part of green onion,
Vegetables: 1 carrot, 2 potatoes, radish (same amount as potatoes)

▶️ Pork trimming
1️⃣Remove the oily parts of the chilled ribs, and sheath them two or three times in thick places.
2️⃣Drain the blood in cold water for 1 hour - change the water once or twice in the middle
3️⃣Put meat, water, whole peppercorns, 3 bay leaves, and 2~3 rice wine (shochu) in a pot.
4️⃣Boil it for about 2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly in cold water and drain.

▶️Making seasoning
1️⃣Add ginger (thumb-sized), 1/4 pear, half an onion, 10 garlic, 3 Cheongyang peppers, 100ml of water and grind
2️⃣Mix ground soy sauce 110ml, water 450ml, refined rice wine 20ml, sugar 90ml

▶️Recipe
1️⃣Put 4-5 tablespoons of pork ribs, seasoning, and red pepper powder in a pot over high heat
2️⃣When it boils, lower the heat to medium, cover and cook for 15 minutes
3️⃣Open the lid, add half a spoonful of vegetables and pepper, and cook for 15 minutes
4️⃣Open the lid and add sweetness (honey, oligosaccharide)
(I added fresh onion and it was sweet, so I passed)
5️⃣Low heat, add large sliced ​​green onion and cook for 10-20 minutes
6️⃣Add sesame oil 1~2 and finish

▶️Adjust the time according to the pot you are using
▶️If you want to eat with children, you can pass Cheongyang red pepper and red pepper powder.
▶️ It's delicious if you add kimchi to the leftover broth and stir-fry rice with seaweed powder.
