Baking in the Challenger Bread Pan

Watch my method for baking a whole wheat sourdough bread in The Challenger Bread Pan, the pan designed by bread bakers for bread bakers. I was so excited to bake in this pan for the first time. My first bake in this was two small demi-baguettes, and they turned out great, but still with some room for improvement. So, I decided for my debut Challenger video I would show you guys a recipe that I'm a little bit closer to perfecting, my whole wheat sourdough bread.

✏️ Recipe for my whole wheat sourdough bread:
Whole Wheat Flour...................................450g
Water.........................................................350g
Sourdough Starter (100% hydration)......100g
Salt.............................................................10g
