Please allow me to ask these questions of you tonight, and I pray that these questions that only challenge you, but also encourage you to know that you can come back to God.

What fears might you have about turning back to God?

How can knowing His heart of forgiveness help you to return to Him?

Right now, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God showed me from His Word this morning, not just from this moment in which Peter makes this mistake, but also from the moment he's restored. I invite you all to come join me in this blog tonight and learn that God is truly faithful and just to forgive your sins, and will never, ever bring up your past sins against you. So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to let you know my friends, that no matter what you've done in your life, no matter how heinous, despicable, or idiotic your sin is, that God still loves you, cares about you, and wants you to come back to Him. That like the father of the prodigal son, He's waiting, waiting for you to return home, and is there for you with open arms to hug and hold you forever when you do come back. I also reach out to those who don't know Christ as savior, and I want to let you know that no matter what you've done in your life, there is no sin that is too great for God to forgive, and He can and will forgive you. All you need to do is admit that you're a sinner, that you need Jesus to save you, and let Him in your heart today.
