I’m going to show you three things you can make with brioche dough - doughnut holes, cheesy pesto sandwich bread, and cinnamon rolls. You can make all of these with freshly made brioche dough, or with leftover brioche dough from the fridge. Once your brioche has gone through bulk fermentation (the first rise), you’re ready to make everything in this video.
