Live brewing with Brian and Kelly. We will be brewing a Belgian Blonde for the pressurized fermentation experiment. High temperature fermentation, one under pressure and one regular. Come join the brew day!

Recipe We are brewing:

Belgian Blond
O.G. 1.055 FG 1.007
IBU 22.9 ABV 6.4%

(11 gallon batch)

20lbs of Pilsner
1lb of Belgian Light Candy Sugar
1lb of Dark Belgian Candy Sugar

Single infusion mash
152 F for 60 Minutes
Raise to mash out of 170 and hold for 10 minutes
Fly sparge to volume of 12.58 Gallons

1.5 oz of Perle Hops @ 60 Minutes
1.0 oz of Czech Saaz Hops @ 5 minutes
0.5 oz of Perle

Yeast: White Labs WLP550
