Thanks to everyone that showed up and STAYED TO THE END!! Awesome time everyone We brewed a clone of one of Kelly's favorite commercial beers Fat Tire from new Belgium. Recipe loosely based on some kits and forum posts.

Recipe:
Efficiency calculated at 70%
(11 Gallon batch)
All Grain
11 lbs Pale Malt
10 lbs Munich Malt
2 lbs Caramel/Crystal 80L
1 lbs Victory Malt

Mash @ 152f for 1hr

Mash in 7.5 gallons
Fly Sparge 4.19 gallons

Hop Schedule:
(60 minute boil)
2oz Chinook @ 20 Minutes
2oz EKG @ 10 Minutes
2 oz Willamette @ 1 Minute

Pre-boil Gravity 1.048
Est Post boil Gravity 1.055
