Episode 13 – March 4th, 2023
On March 1st, Office of the Director of National Intelligence released a report about whether Havana Syndrome is caused by a foreign weapon. They determined that is is unlikely to very unlikely that the phenomenon was caused by a foreign actor, whether it be Cuba, Russia, or China.

As for a serious scientific analysis, that research was already done years ago. In 2020, National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine released “An Assessment of Illness in U.S. Government Employees and Their Families at Overseas Embassies”.
This was a committee to advise the Department of State.

“An individual assigned to the U.S. Embassy in Cuba was awakened one night at home in
Havana in 2016 by severe pain and a sensation of intense pressure in the face, a loud piercing
sound in one ear with directional features, and acute disequilibrium and nausea. Symptoms of
vestibular and cognitive dysfunction ensued.”

“From a neurologic standpoint, this combination of distinctive, acute, audio-vestibular symptoms and
signs suggests localization of a disturbance to the labyrinth or the vestibulocochlear nerve or its
brainstem connections. Yet, not all DOS cases shared these distinctive and acute signs and
symptoms. In fact, the cases are highly heterogeneous. Some patients described only a set of
nonspecific, chronic signs and symptoms”

DIFFERENT SYMPTOMS, DIFFERENT CAUSES – as usual in covert operations. There are already debunkings, articles, and books written saying that the victims of Havana Syndrome heard insect mating calls, and that the symptoms are paranoid, and all in their head.

This is a information coverup technique known as obfuscation, and I call it strawman obfuscation, because it makes people think something has already been disproven, without actually knowing the totality. The United States government is very good at this. Pizzagate is a great example. If you type in Pizzagate, you will read that it is a conspiracy theory where Hilary Clinton and others were running child-trafficking out of the basement of a pizza place. Then you get thousands of articles and debunkings that the restaurant was proven not to be involved. It completely distracts and and misdirects attention from the main point, which is, pedophilia is systematically practiced by a dark occult portion of people at the highest levels of societal institutions. “Second, after considering the information available to it and a set of possible
mechanisms, the committee felt that many of the distinctive and acute signs, symptoms, and
observations reported by DOS employees are consistent with the effects of directed, pulsed radio
frequency (RF) energy”

“Importantly, the committee finds this
constellation of acute symptoms with directional and location-specific features to be very
unusual, and to the best of its knowledge, unlike any disorder reported in the neurological or
general medical literature. “

“In 1961, Alan Frey identified a new, RF-induced auditory phenomenon in both normal
and deaf humans that became known as the “Frey effect” (Frey, 1961) (see Appendix C). The
areas near the ear were most sensitive to these RF exposures; modulating the RF energy could
produce a variety of effects including the perception of “buffeting of the head” or pressure on the
face/head without dizziness or nausea, a “pins and needles sensation,”

Yet, the establishment maintains that Morgellons disease is delusional parasitosis.

according to the Mayo Clinic: ‘Morgellons disease is a condition characterized by a belief that parasites or fibers are emerging from the skin. People with this condition often report feeling as if something is crawling on or stinging their skin.’

The committee of professors, however, does not talk about ‘belief’. They refer to Alan Frey as an example of radiofrequency exposure causing sensations like crawling or stinging.

But targeted individuals, those who report electronic harassment and gang stalking, are ridiculed
