Nothing more then brain damage from drugs or a made up story?

I know a drug, it was bad that it was seen as a effect. I was trying to get why I was being accused of lying about my enlightening and profound experience while on Robotussin and called a bullshit story teller who lied to get others believe him. Another assumed the reason for me to lie, was for attention, or I was labeled and permanently fried in my brain and that I will never heal from the damage caused.
