There's a number of different tricep exercises that are affective, but the tricep extension on the keyhole is one of the best exercises and here are a few different extension attachments that you can put on the cables. Some of these are better on the roofs than the others and I assess the benefit to risk of using each of these, as some of them will cause worse pain to a variety of people. Tricep exercises should benefit things like your benchpress so you don't wanna be doing things I could injure yourself.
